Ameren (NYSE: AEE) Announces 2018 Results and Issues Guidance
February 14, 2019 7:59 AM ESTST. LOUIS, Feb. 14, 2019 /PRNewswire/ --Â Ameren Corporation (NYSE: AEE) today announced 2018 net income attributable to common shareholders in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) of $815 million, or $3.32 per diluted share, compared to 2017 GAAP net income attributable to common shareholders of $523 million, or $2.14 per diluted share. Excluding certain tax-related items reflected below, Ameren recorded 2018 core earnings of $828 million, or $3.37 per diluted share, compared to 2017 core earnings of $691 million, or $2.83 per diluted share.
