February 7, 2019 7:00 AM ESTSANTA MONICA, Calif., Feb. 7, 2019 /PRNewswire/ --Â The Macerich Company (NYSE: MAC) today announced results of operations for the quarter ended December 31, 2018, which included net income attributable to the Company of $11.7 million or $.08 per share-diluted for the quarter ended December 31, 2018 compared to net income attributable to the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2017 of $32.8 million or $.23 per share-diluted. For the fourth quarter 2018, funds from operations ("FFO")-diluted was $165.7 million or $1.09 per share-diluted compared to $155.6 million or $1.03 per share-diluted for the quarter ended December 31, 2017.
