Energizer Holdings (ENR) Tops Q1 EPS by 14c, Revenues Miss; Raises FY19 EPS Guidance Above Consensus
February 5, 2019 6:52 AM ESTEnergizer Holdings (NYSE: ENR) reported Q1 EPS of $1.64, $0.14 better than the analyst estimate of $1.50. Revenue for the quarter came in at $571.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $572.93 million.
"As we continued to focus on our strategic initiatives, we delivered strong operating results driven by organic top line growth and cost savings from our continuous improvement efforts,\" said Alan Hoskins, Chief Executive Officer.
