Valley National Bancorp Reports 15 Percent Annualized Loan Growth and Fourth Quarter Net Income
January 31, 2019 8:02 AM ESTWAYNE, N.J., Jan. 31, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Valley National Bancorp (NASDAQ:VLY), the holding company for Valley National Bank, today reported net income for the fourth quarter of 2018 of $77.1 million, or $0.22 per diluted common share, as compared to the fourth quarter of 2017 earnings of $26.1 million, or $0.09 per diluted common share, and net income of $69.6 million, or $0.20 per diluted common share, for the third quarter of 2018.
