MicroStrategy Announces Fourth Quarter 2018 Financial Results
January 29, 2019 4:01 PM ESTTYSONS CORNER, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- MicroStrategy® Incorporated (Nasdaq: MSTR), a leading worldwide provider of enterprise analytics and mobility software, today announced financial results for the three-month period ended December31, 2018 (the fourth quarter of its 2018 fiscal year).
MicroStrategy adopted Accounting Standards Update No. 2014-09, Revenue from Contracts with Customers (Topic 606) and its subsequent amendments (ASU 2014-09), effective January 1, 2018, and has adjusted its prior period consolidated financial statements to reflect full retrospective adoption.
