WesBanco Announces Fourth Quarter 2018 Net Income
January 28, 2019 4:15 PM ESTWHEELING, W.Va., Jan. 28, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- WesBanco, Inc. ("WesBanco") (Nasdaq: WSBC), a diversified, multi-state bank holding company, today announced net income and related earnings per share for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2018. Net income for the three months ended December 31, 2018 was $43.9 million, with diluted earnings per share of $0.80, compared to $15.9 million and $0.36 per diluted share, respectively, for the fourth quarter of 2017. For the twelve months ended December 31, 2018, net income was $143.1 million, or $2.92 per diluted share, compared to $94.5 million, or $2.14 per diluted share, for the 2017 period. Net income excluding after-tax...
