December 6, 2018 6:41 AM ESTDel Friscos Restaurant Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: DFRG) announced today that its board of directors unanimously adopted a shareholder rights plan to protect the best interests of all Del Friscos shareholders.
Del Friscos recently observed unusual and substantial activity in the Companys shares.
