VALLEY FORGE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- UGI Corporation (NYSE: UGI) today reported financial results for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2018.
HIGHLIGHTS
GAAP EPS of $4.06 per diluted share and adjusted EPS of $2.74 per diluted share Fiscal 2018 GAAP EPS results include $1.00 of deferred tax remeasurements associated with the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act ("TCJA") and tax legislation in France and $0.20 of current year impact associated with such tax legislation.
