Chesapeake Utilities Corporation Reports Third Quarter 2018 Results
November 8, 2018 5:06 PM ESTDOVER, Del., Nov. 8, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Chesapeake Utilities Corporation (NYSE: CPK) ("Chesapeake Utilities" or the "Company") today announced third quarter financial results. The Company's net income for the quarter ended September 30, 2018 was $5.5 million, compared to $6.8 million for the same quarter of 2017. Earnings per share ("EPS") for the quarter ended September 30, 2018 were $0.34, compared to $0.42 per share for the same quarter of 2017 although year-to-date performance remains strong (as discussed below).
