HUNT VALLEY, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Omega Healthcare Investors, Inc. (NYSE: OHI) (the Company or Omega) today announced its results of operations for the three-month period ended September 30, 2018. The Company reported for the three-month period ended September 30, 2018 net income of $59.1 million or $0.28 per common share. The Company also reported Funds From Operations (FFO) for the quarter of $159.4 million or $0.76 per common share, Adjusted Funds From Operations (AFFO or Adjusted FFO) of $162.6 million or $0.77 per common share, and Funds Available For Distribution (FAD) of $144.0 million.
