Welltower (WELL) Misses Q3 EPS by 23c, Revenues BEat; Lowers FY18 EPS Outlook Below Consensus, Boosts Normalized FY18 FFO Guidance

Welltower (NYSE: WELL) reported Q3 EPS of $0.27, $0.23 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.50. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.24 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.17 billion.
