Anaplan Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering

SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 11, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Anaplan, Inc., a pioneer in Connected Planning, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 15,500,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $17.00 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on October 12, 2018 under the ticker symbol "PLAN." The offering is expected to close on October 16, 2018, subject to customary closing conditions.
