Campbell Soup (CPB) Sends Letter to Shareholders Detailing Significant Actions Underway to Maximize Value
October 4, 2018 9:00 AM EDTCampbell Soup Company (NYSE: CPB) announced today it has filed definitive proxy materials, including its definitive proxy statement and GOLD proxy card, with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in connection with Campbells 2018 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, scheduled for Nov. 29, 2018. Campbell shareholders of record as of the close of business on Oct. 9, 2018 will be entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting.
