Ra Medical Systems Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
September 26, 2018 11:13 PM EDTCARLSBAD, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Ra Medical Systems, Inc. (NYSE: RMED) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 3,900,000 shares of common stock at a price to the public of $17.00 per share. In addition, Ra Medical has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 585,000 shares of common stock at the initial public offering price less underwriting discounts and commissions.
