Digital Turbine Reports Fiscal 2019 First Quarter Results

(Nasdaq: APPS) announced financial results for the fiscal first quarter ended June 30, 2018. The Company divested its Content and Advertisers & Publishers ("A&P") businesses in two separate transactions that closed on July 1, 2018, and June 28, 2018 (effective June 1, 2018), respectively. As a result, the operating results of these businesses are reflected as discontinued operations for all periods presented. All operating results discussed below, except as otherwise specifically noted, refer only to the continuing operations of the Company, and all comparisons to prior periods have been adjusted to reflect only...
