Summit Midstream Partners, LP Reports Second Quarter 2018 Financial Results
August 2, 2018 4:45 PM EDTTHE WOODLANDS, Texas, Aug. 2, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Summit Midstream Partners, LP (NYSE: SMLP) announced today its financial and operating results for the three and six months ended June 30, 2018. SMLP reported a net loss of $49.9 million for the second quarter of 2018, compared to net income of $11.2 million for the prior-year period. The net loss in the second quarter of 2018 included $69.3 million of non-cash expense related to the increase in the present value of the estimated Deferred Purchase Price Obligation ("DPPO"). Net income for the prior-year period included $5.1 million of non-cash DPPO income. Net...
