Dominion Energy Announces Second-Quarter 2018 Earnings
August 1, 2018 7:30 AM EDTRICHMOND, Va., Aug. 1, 2018 /PRNewswire/ --Â Dominion Energy (NYSE: D) today announced unaudited reported earnings determined in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (reported earnings) for the three months ended June 30, 2018, of $449 million ($0.69 per share) compared with earnings of $390 million ($0.62 per share) for the same period in 2017.Â
Operating earnings for the three months ended June 30, 2018, were $560 million ($0.86 per share), compared with operating earnings of $421 million ($0.67 per share) for the same period in 2017. Operating earnings are defined as reported earnings adjusted for certain items.     Â
