Select Income REIT Announces Second Quarter 2018 Results
July 31, 2018 7:00 AM EDTNEWTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Select Income REIT (Nasdaq: SIR) today announced financial results for the quarter and six months ended June 30, 2018.
Results for the Quarter Ended June 30, 2018:
Net income attributed to SIR for the quarter ended June 30, 2018 was $11.7 million, or $0.13 per diluted share, compared to $26.7 million, or $0.30 per diluted share, for the same period last year.
