Imperva (IMPV) PT Lowered to $59 at Susquehanna

Susquehanna lowered its price target on Imperva (NASDAQ: IMPV) to $59.00 (from $60.00) while maintaining a Positive rating.

Analyst Anne Meisner commented, "Imperva's stronger-than-expected mix-shift to subscription revenue drives lower guidance near term but should result in accelerating recurring revenue."
