KB Home (KBH) Tops Q2 EPS by 9c, Beats on Revenues
June 28, 2018 4:12 PM EDTKB Home (NYSE: KBH) reported Q2 EPS of $0.57, $0.09 better than the analyst estimate of $0.48. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.1 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.04 billion.
In the quarter, we produced double-digit revenue growth, expanded our operating margin and significantly improved our profitability, reflecting solid execution on our core business strategy, said Jeffrey Mezger, chairman, president and chief executive officer.
