EverQuote Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
June 27, 2018 8:47 PM EDTCAMBRIDGE, Mass., June 27, 2018 /PRNewswire/ --Â EverQuote, Inc. ("EverQuote"), a leading online insurance marketplace in the U.S., connecting consumers with insurance providers, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 4,687,500 shares of its Class A common stock at a public offering price of $18 per share, before underwriting discounts and commissions. The shares are scheduled to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Market on June 28, 2018 under the ticker symbol "EVER." EverQuote is offering 3,125,000 shares of Class A common stock and selling stockholders are offering 1,562,500 shares of Class A common stock.
