Uxin Limited Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
June 27, 2018 9:31 AM EDTBEIJING, June 27, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Uxin Limited ("Uxin" or the "Company"), the largest used car e-commerce platform in China, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering ("IPO") of 25 million American depositary shares ("ADSs"), each representing three ordinary shares, at a price to the public of $9 per ADS. Concurrent with the private placement of $175 million of convertible bonds, the total amount raised is $400 million, assuming the underwriters do not exercise their option to purchase additional ADSs. Uxin has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 3.75 million ADSs to cover over-allotments. Â
