Zillow (Z) Announces $325M Class C Capital Shares Offering; Also Announces Proposed $325M Convertible Senior Note Offering
June 27, 2018 4:30 PM EDTZillow Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: Z) (NASDAQ: ZG) announced today that it intends to commence concurrent underwritten public offerings of $325 million in shares of its Class C capital stock (the Shares) and $325 million aggregate principal amount of its convertible senior notes due 2023 (the Notes).
