Vishay Intertechnology Increases Quarterly Dividend By 26%
May 7, 2018 4:15 PM EDTMALVERN, Pa., May 07, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. (NYSE: VSH) announced today that the Company's Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.085 per share of common stock and Class B common stock, a 26% increase over the previous quarters dividend, to be paid on June 28, 2018 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 13, 2018. Future dividends will be subject to Board approval.
