May 3, 2018 6:45 AM EDTPITTSBURGH, May 3, 2018 /PRNewswire/ --Â CNX Resources Corporation (NYSE: CNX) ("CNX" or the company) reported net income attributable to CNX shareholders of $528 million, or earnings of $2.35 per diluted share, compared to a net loss attributable to CNX shareholders of $39 million, or a loss of $0.17 per diluted share, in the first quarter of 2017.
Prior to the company's previously announced acquisition on January 3, 2018, of the remaining 50% membership interest of CNX Gathering LLC ("CNX Gathering") (the "Midstream Acquisition"), the company accounted for its 50% interest in CNX Gathering LLC as an equity method investment. The... More
