BorgWarner Reports First Quarter 2018 U.S. GAAP Net Earnings Of $1.07 Per Diluted Share, Or $1.10 Per Diluted Share Excluding Non-Comparable Items

First Quarter Highlights:
U.S. GAAP net sales of $2,784 million, up 15.7% compared with first quarter 2017. On a comparable basis, excluding the impact of foreign currencies and the acquisition of Sevcon, net sales were up 6.6% compared with first quarter 2017.
