Criteo Reports Record Results For The Fourth Quarter And Fiscal Year 2017
February 14, 2018 7:00 AM ESTNEW YORK, Feb. 14, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Criteo S.A. (NASDAQ: CRTO), the leading commerce marketing technology company, today announced financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2017.
Q4 2017
Revenue increased 19% (or 16% at constant currency1) to $674 million. Revenue excluding Traffic Acquisition Costs, or Revenue ex-TAC2, grew 23% (or 20% at constant currency) to $277 million, or 41% of revenue. Adjusted EBITDA2 grew 45% (or 36% at constant currency) to $120 million, or 43% of Revenue ex-TAC. Cash flow from operating activities increased 10% to $79 million.
