Danaher Reports Fourth Quarter And Full Year 2017 Results
January 30, 2018 6:00 AM ESTWASHINGTON, Jan. 30, 2018 /PRNewswire/ --Â Danaher Corporation (NYSE: DHR) today announced results for the fourth quarter and full year 2017. For the quarter ended December 31, 2017, net earnings were $856.6 million, or $1.21 per diluted share which represents a 13.0% year-over-year increase.
Non-GAAP adjusted diluted net earnings per share for the quarter ended December 31, 2017 were $1.19. This represents a 13.5% increase over the comparable 2016 period. For the fourth quarter 2017, revenues increased 11.0% year-over-year to $5.1 billion, with non-GAAP core revenue growth of 5.5%.
For the full year 2017, net earnings were $2.5 billion, or $3.50 per diluted share which represents a 13.5% year-over-year increase.... More
