Apple (AAPL) Deal a 'Major Validation' for Immersion's (IMMR) IP - Dougherty & Co
January 29, 2018 9:10 AM ESTDougherty & Co analyst Charles Anderson called Immersion's (NASDAQ: IMMR) settlement and multi-year license agreement with Apple a "major validation" of the company's IP.
While terms are confidential, Anderson notes the filing did specify that Apple is licensing "certain" Immersion patents for cash and has the option of extending the deal beyond the initial term until the expiration date of the last licensed patent.
