Sandy Spring Bancorp Reports Net Income of $8.3 Million for the Fourth Quarter
January 18, 2018 7:00 AM ESTOLNEY, Md., Jan. 18, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Sandy Spring Bancorp, Inc., (Nasdaq: SASR), the parent company of Sandy Spring Bank, today reported net income for the fourth quarter of 2017 of $8.3 million ($0.34 per diluted share) compared to net income of $13.3 million ($0.55 per diluted share) for the fourth quarter of 2016 and net income of $15.1 million ($0.62 per diluted share) for the third quarter of 2017.
