(NYSE: LBRT) (Liberty) announced today that it has launched an initial public offering of 10,714,286 shares of its Class A common stock at an anticipated initial offering price between $14.00 and $16.00 per share pursuant to a registration statement on Form S-1 (the Registration Statement) previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the SEC).
