Key Highlights
Net income was $11.2 million for the third quarter of 2017, an increase of $3.3 million compared to $7.9 million for the third quarter of 2016. Core funds from operations ("Core FFO") was $23.8 million, or $0.33 per share, for the third quarter of 2017, an increase of 13.8% per share compared to $18.2 million, or $0.29 per share, for the third quarter of 2016....
