Triangle Capital Corporation Reports Third Quarter 2017 Results, Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend of $0.30 per Share, and Announces Exploration of Certain Strategic Alternatives
November 1, 2017 4:15 PM EDTRALEIGH, N.C., Nov. 01, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Triangle Capital Corporation (NYSE: TCAP) (Triangle or the Company), a leading provider of capital to lower middle market companies, today announced its financial and operating results for the third quarter of 2017 and announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.30 per share. The Company also announced that its Board of Directors has initiated a process to explore certain strategic alternatives, described in more detail below.
