Qualys Announces Third Quarter 2017 Financial Results
October 31, 2017 4:15 PM EDTREDWOOD CITY, Calif., Oct. 31, 2017 /PRNewswire/ --Â Qualys, Inc. (NASDAQ: QLYS), a pioneer and leading provider of cloud-based security and compliance solutions, today announced financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2017. For the quarter, the Company reported revenues of $59.5 million, net income under Generally Accepted Accounting Principles ("GAAP") of $8.5 million, non-GAAP net income of $12.4 million, Adjusted EBITDA of $23.9 million, GAAP earnings per diluted share of $0.21 and non-GAAP earnings per diluted share of $0.31.
