CONSOL Energy (CNX) Board Approves Separation of Coal and E&P Businesses
October 31, 2017 6:36 AM EDTCONSOL Energy Inc. (NYSE: CNX) announced today that its board of directors has given final approval of the Company's previously announced separation into two publicly-traded companies--a coal company and a natural gas exploration and production (E&P) company--and has declared a pro rata distribution of all of the outstanding shares of CONSOL Mining Corporation (CoalCo) common stock to the Company's stockholders.
