October 10, 2017 12:03 PM UTCSpanish amusement park operator Parques Reunidos is interested in acquiring Florida-based SeaWorld Entertainment (NYSE: SEAS), according to a source claiming to have knowledge of the matter, and is willing to pay at least $1.6 billion in cash, or around $17.50 per share.
