("Sabra," the "Company" or "we") (NASDAQ: SBRA) (NASDAQ: SBRAP) announced today that it closed a sale/leaseback transaction with a premier west coast operator for 21 of 24 total skilled nursing/transitional care facilities for a purchase price of $378 million and expects to close the remaining three by year end 2017 for an additional $52 million.
