Tremont Mortgage Trust Prices Initial Public Offering
September 14, 2017 7:00 AM EDTNEWTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Tremont Mortgage Trust (Nasdaq: TRMT) today announced that it has priced an initial public offering of 2,500,000 common shares of beneficial interest at $20.00 per share. Concurrently with the completion of the initial public offering, TRMT intends to sell 600,000 shares in a private placement to Tremont Realty Advisors LLC at a price per share of $20.00.
