(NYSE: OAS) ("Oasis Petroleum") today announced the commencement of the Oasis Midstream Partners LP ("Oasis Midstream") initial public offering of 7,500,000Â common units representing limited partner interests, at an anticipated initial public offering price between $19.00 and $21.00 per common unit, pursuant to a registration statement on Form S-1 previously filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC").
