GoDaddy (GDDY) Prices 20M Offering of Common Stock at $44/Share

(NYSE: GDDY), the world's largest cloud platform dedicated to small, independent ventures, announced today the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 20,050,000 shares of its Class A common stock at a price to the public of $44.00 per share pursuant to an effective Registration Statement on Form S-3 previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Selling stockholders are offering 20,000,000 shares of Class A common stock. Selling stockholders participating in the offering consist of entities affiliated with Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P., Silver Lake Partners, Technology Crossover... More
