Toll Brothers (TOL) Tops Q3 EPS by 18c
August 22, 2017 5:53 AM EDTToll Brothers (NYSE: TOL) reported Q3 EPS of $0.87, $0.18 better than the analyst estimate of $0.69. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.5 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.51 billion.
FY 2017s third-quarter net income was $148.6 million, or $0.87 per share diluted, compared to net income of $105.5 million, or $0.61 per share diluted, in FY 2016s third quarter. Pre-tax income was $203.6 million, compared to pre-tax income of $163.7 million in FY 2016s third quarter.
