Omeros Corporation (NASDAQ: OMER), a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company committed to discovering, developing and commercializing small-molecule and protein therapeutics for large-market as well as orphan indications targeting inflammation, complement-mediated diseases and disorders of the central nervous system, announced today the pricing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 3,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $22.75 per share, before deducting underwriting discounts and other estimated offering expenses.
