Olin Announces Second Quarter 2017 Earnings And Reiterates Full Year 2017 Guidance
July 31, 2017 5:31 PM EDTCLAYTON, Mo., July 31, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Olin Corporation (NYSE: OLN) announced financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2017.
The second quarter 2017 reported net loss was $5.9 million, or ($0.04) per diluted share, which compares to a net loss of $1.0 million, or ($0.01) per diluted share for the second quarter 2016. Second quarter 2017 adjusted EBITDA of $180.3 million reflects depreciation and amortization expense of $137.1 million, restructuring charges of $8.5 million, and acquisition-related integration costs of $4.4 million.  Second quarter 2016 adjusted EBITDA was $180.4 million. Sales in the second quarter 2017 were $1,526.5 million compared to $1,364.0 million in the second quarter...
