Columbia Sportswear Company Reports Second Quarter and First Half Financial Results; Updates Full Year 2017 Financial Outlook

Second quarter net sales increased 3 percent to a second-quarter record $398.9 million. Second quarter net loss totaled $11.5 million, or $(0.17) per share. First half net sales increased 3 percent to a first half record $942.7 million. First half net income increased 4 percent to $24.5 million, or $0.35 per diluted share.
