Banc of California Reports Second Quarter 2017 Earnings
July 26, 2017 6:00 AM EDTSANTA ANA, Calif., July 26, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Banc of California, Inc. (NYSE: BANC) today reported net income of $12.3 million, and net income available to common stockholders of $7.1 million, for the second quarter of 2017, resulting in diluted earnings per common share of $0.14 for the quarter. Net income from continuing operations for the quarter was $15.1 million, resulting in diluted earnings per common share from continuing operations of $0.20.
