Dover Reports Second Quarter 2017 Results And Raises Full Year Revenue And EPS Guidance
July 20, 2017 6:45 AM EDTDOWNERS GROVE, Ill., July 20, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Dover (NYSE: DOV) announced today that for the second quarter ended June 30, 2017, revenue was $2.0 billion, an increase of 18% from the prior year. The increase in the quarter was driven by organic growth of 10% and acquisition growth of 12%, partially offset by a 3% impact from dispositions and an unfavorable impact from foreign exchange ("FX") of 1%.
