AVANGRID Reports Second Quarter 2017 Earnings Results and Affirms 2017 Earnings Outlook
July 19, 2017 7:00 AM EDTORANGE, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Today AVANGRID, Inc. (NYSE: AGR) reported consolidated net income of $120 million, or $0.39 per share, for the second quarter ended June 30, 2017, compared to $102 million, or $0.33 per share, for the same period in 2016, a 17% increase in net income. For the first six months of 2017, consolidated net income was $359 million, or $1.16 per share, compared to $314 million, or $1.01 per share, for the first six months of 2016, a 14% increase in net income.
