Kosmos Energy (KOS) Prices 40M Secondary Common Stock Offering at $7.25/Share

(Kosmos) (NYSE: KOS) announced today the pricing of a previously announced underwritten public offering of 40,000,000 of its common shares (the Offering), all of which were offered by funds affiliated with Warburg Pincus LLC and The Blackstone Group L.P., respectively (the Selling Shareholders).
