Bright Scholar Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering

BEIJING, May 18, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Bright Scholar Education Holdings Limited (NYSE: BEDU) ("Bright Scholar" or the "Company"), the largest operator of international and bilingual K-12 schools in China*, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 15,000,000 American Depositary Shares ("ADSs") at an offering price of $10.50 per ADS for a total offering size of approximately US$157.5 million, assuming the underwriters do not exercise their over-allotment option to purchase additional ADSs.
