Jack in the Box (JACK) Sees Sharp Gains on Potential Qdoba's Spin-Off

Despite ho-hum Q2 results shares of Jack in the Box (NASDAQ: JACK) are up 9.4% in pre-open trade as the company is exploring options for its Qdoba unit. The company hired Morgan Stanley to assist with the review.
